1. Introduction

This Trading Rules & Evaluation Policy governs participation in SEROQ Capital trading evaluations and simulated performance accounts. SEROQ Capital is intended to be operated by [SEROQ Technologies FZCO] ("SEROQ").

All trading activity conducted through SEROQ Evaluation and Performance Accounts takes place in a simulated trading environment. Account balances are not deposits, client funds or capital made available to participants for live-market trading.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Registration and identity information must be accurate.
  • Participants must complete any KYC or verification requested by SEROQ.
  • Accounts may be used only by the verified account holder.
  • Participants must comply with all applicable SEROQ rules and restrictions.

3. Evaluation Accounts

Account SizeProfit TargetMaximum DrawdownMaximum Position SizeDaily Loss Limit
$50,000$3,000$2,0005None
$100,000$6,000$3,00010None
$150,000$9,000$4,50015None

The account values are simulated notional balances and do not represent money deposited with or provided to the participant.

A trader may maintain up to five (5) active Evaluation Accounts at the same time. Each Evaluation Account must be separately purchased and remains independently subject to its own Profit Target, Maximum Drawdown, position-size rules, trading history and pass/fail determination.

4. Passing an Evaluation

A participant successfully completes a SEROQ Evaluation when the applicable Profit Target is achieved, the Maximum Drawdown has not been breached, position-size limits have been respected, no prohibited conduct has occurred and the account otherwise remains in good standing.

Achieving the Profit Target does not cure or override a prior rule violation. SEROQ may review account activity before confirming successful completion.

5. Maximum Drawdown

  • $50,000 Account — $2,000
  • $100,000 Account — $3,000
  • $150,000 Account — $4,500

A breach of the applicable Maximum Drawdown constitutes a breach of the account rules and may result in account termination. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular program, SEROQ does not impose a separate daily loss limit.

6. Minimum Trading Days for Payout Eligibility

A trader must complete at least five (5) separate Trading Days before becoming eligible for a first payout on a SEROQ Performance Account. A Trading Day means a calendar trading session during which at least one qualifying trade is executed. Multiple trades during the same Trading Day count as one Trading Day.

7. News Trading

News trading is permitted. Participants may open, close or maintain positions during economic announcements and other market-moving events, while remaining responsible for volatility, simulated slippage, price gaps and abnormal market conditions.

8. Overnight Positions

Overnight holding is permitted, subject to all other applicable trading rules.

9. Weekend Holding

Weekend holding is not permitted. All open positions must be closed before the applicable market closes for the weekend. Failure to do so may constitute a rule violation.

10. Copy Trading

Copy trading is permitted only between SEROQ accounts beneficially owned and controlled by the same verified trader.

Evaluation Accounts

Up to five (5) active Evaluation Accounts belonging to the same trader may be linked in one copy-trading structure: one (1) master account and up to four (4) slave accounts. Each linked Evaluation must be separately purchased and remains independently subject to all applicable rules and results.

Performance Accounts

A Performance Account copy-trading structure may include no more than five (5) linked SEROQ accounts in total: one (1) master account and up to four (4) slave accounts. The trader may only link the number of Performance Accounts permitted by their current active-account limit. For example, a launch-level Verified Trader with a three-account limit may use one master and up to two slaves.

Prohibited Copying

  • Copying trades from or to accounts owned by another person is prohibited.
  • Coordinated trading between unrelated participants is prohibited.
  • External signal services and account-management services are prohibited.
  • Third-party trade mirroring or arrangements designed to circumvent SEROQ rules are prohibited.

SEROQ may review accounts showing materially identical trading patterns to confirm common beneficial ownership and rule compliance.

11. Automated Trading

Unless expressly approved by SEROQ in writing, Expert Advisors (EAs), automated trading bots, algorithmic systems that place or manage trades without direct trader input and automated order-execution software are prohibited. Participants are expected to make and control their own trading decisions.

12. High-Frequency Trading

High-frequency trading (HFT) is prohibited. This includes strategies primarily designed to exploit latency, delayed price feeds, quote discrepancies, execution-speed differences, abnormal order-processing behaviour or platform/infrastructure inefficiencies.

Trades reasonably determined to result from prohibited latency or execution exploitation may be excluded from performance calculations and may result in account termination.

13. Account Sharing

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Participants must not give another person access to a SEROQ account, permit another person to trade on their behalf, sell or transfer an account, share trading-platform credentials or operate another participant’s account.

14. Inactivity

A SEROQ Evaluation or Performance Account may be considered inactive where no trade has been opened for 30 consecutive calendar days. SEROQ may close or deactivate an inactive account. A payout validly approved before closure remains subject to the Payout & Rewards Policy.

15. Simulated Trading Environment

  • Displayed balances are not customer deposits.
  • Displayed profits and losses are simulated.
  • Trades may not be routed to a live securities or derivatives market.
  • SEROQ does not provide brokerage or investment advice through the Evaluation program.
  • Simulated results do not constitute actual market profits earned on behalf of the participant.

Any approved payment to an eligible trader is a performance-based reward determined in accordance with the Payout & Rewards Policy.

16. Trading Conduct and Abuse

Participants must not attempt to exploit the SEROQ environment, pricing feed, platform infrastructure or program rules.

  • Platform manipulation
  • Latency arbitrage
  • Exploiting stale or erroneous pricing
  • Coordinated trading intended to circumvent rules
  • Identity or payment fraud
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Intentional exploitation of technical errors

SEROQ may investigate unusual trading activity before approving progression or payout requests.

17. Technical Issues

Participants should notify SEROQ promptly where they believe a platform, pricing or account issue materially affected trading activity. Temporary interruptions, latency, data-feed issues or third-party outages do not automatically entitle a participant to compensation, account reinstatement or a payout.

SEROQ may make reasonable corrections where an error attributable to SEROQ materially affected an account.

18. Rule Violations

Where SEROQ reasonably determines that a participant breached this Policy, SEROQ may reject an Evaluation result, terminate an Evaluation or Performance Account, invalidate trades affected by prohibited conduct, suspend progression, reject a payout related to rule-breaking activity, request additional verification or restrict future access. Any action will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

19. Amendments

SEROQ may amend this Policy from time to time. The version applicable to a purchased Evaluation will be the version presented or incorporated into the applicable agreement at the relevant time, except where changes are required by law, licensing, technology providers or risk-management requirements.

Pre-launch notice: SEROQ Capital is preparing incorporation and commercial launch. Company registration details, governing-law wording and any restricted-jurisdiction list will be finalized before paid Evaluation services become available. These documents are intended for final UAE legal review before commercial launch.
