1. Purpose
This Payout & Rewards Policy explains when participants in the SEROQ simulated trading program may become eligible to receive performance-based rewards.
A SEROQ payout is not a withdrawal of profits generated from real-money trading on behalf of the trader. Payouts are contractual performance-based rewards funded by SEROQ and calculated by reference to qualifying results achieved in the simulated trading environment.
2. SEROQ Performance Account
After successfully completing the applicable SEROQ Evaluation, an eligible participant may receive access to a SEROQ Performance Account. A Performance Account remains simulated. The stated $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 balance is a notional simulated balance and does not represent cash held for, deposited by or transferred to the participant.
3. First Payout Eligibility
| Performance Account | Required Qualifying Simulated Profit |
|---|---|
| $50,000 | $3,000 |
| $100,000 | $6,000 |
| $150,000 | $9,000 |
The trader must also complete at least five (5) Trading Days and the account must remain compliant with all SEROQ rules.
4. Minimum Trading Days
A first payout request may not be submitted until the trader has completed a minimum of 5 qualifying Trading Days. Achieving the required profit amount earlier does not remove this requirement.
5. Profit Split
Qualifying payout calculations are subject to a 90% Trader / 10% SEROQ profit split.
Example: if $1,000 of simulated performance is approved for payout calculation, the trader share is $900 and the SEROQ share is $100. The applicable Maximum Payout remains subject to Section 7.
6. Minimum Payout
The minimum payout request is $100. Requests below $100 will not be processed.
7. Maximum Payout per Request
| Performance Account | Maximum Trader Payout |
|---|---|
| $50,000 | $1,500 |
| $100,000 | $3,000 |
| $150,000 | $4,500 |
These limits refer to the amount ultimately payable to the trader after application of the 90/10 split. A trader may therefore have qualifying simulated performance exceeding the amount that can be paid in a single payout cycle.
8. Payout Frequency
After a trader becomes eligible for the first payout, subsequent payout requests may be submitted once every seven (7) calendar days. The seven-day period begins from the date of the preceding approved payout.
Each request remains subject to sufficient qualifying performance, the minimum payout, the applicable maximum payout, account compliance and any required review or verification.
9. Effect of a Payout on Drawdown
An approved payout does not permanently reduce the nominal Maximum Drawdown allowance applicable to the Performance Account.
- $50,000 Performance Account — $2,000
- $100,000 Performance Account — $3,000
- $150,000 Performance Account — $4,500
SEROQ will maintain the applicable drawdown allowance in accordance with the account’s post-payout balance mechanics. The payout itself is not treated as a trading loss. The exact technical reference calculation will be aligned with SEROQ’s trading infrastructure before commercial launch.
10. Remaining Simulated Performance
Where qualifying simulated performance exceeds the applicable Maximum Payout, the excess may remain reflected within the simulated account and may be relevant to subsequent payout eligibility, subject to continuing compliance, payout limits, drawdown rules and the seven-day cycle.
No simulated balance represents an amount held on trust, deposited or owed to the trader until a payout is formally approved by SEROQ.
11. Payout Review
All payout requests are subject to review. SEROQ may verify identity, KYC information, trading activity, rule compliance, trade history, copy-trading activity, prohibited automation, account ownership, payout details and payment or fraud concerns.
A payout request is not considered approved merely because the simulated account displays sufficient performance.
12. Processing
Once approved, SEROQ will process a payout through an available payment method supported for the trader’s jurisdiction. Processing times may vary because of banks, payment processors, KYC verification, weekends, public holidays or compliance screening. SEROQ may request additional information before releasing a payment.
13. Currency and Fees
Unless otherwise stated, payout amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Receiving banks or payment providers may apply transfer, intermediary, foreign-exchange or receiving fees. Such third-party charges may reduce the amount ultimately received and are outside SEROQ’s control unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Tax Responsibility
Participants are responsible for determining and satisfying any personal tax, reporting or regulatory obligations arising from payments received from SEROQ. SEROQ does not provide individual tax advice.
15. Invalid or Prohibited Performance
Simulated profits resulting from prohibited conduct are not eligible for payout. This includes performance attributable to account sharing, prohibited bots or EAs, HFT, latency exploitation, unauthorized third-party copy trading, manipulation of platform errors, fraud or breaches of the Trading Rules.
SEROQ may exclude affected trades when calculating qualifying performance.
16. Payout Rejection
SEROQ may reject, suspend or request further review where account rules were breached, KYC is incomplete, account ownership cannot be verified, prohibited trading activity is identified, payment information is incorrect, fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, the applicable threshold is not met or the account is not in good standing.
A payout will not be arbitrarily withheld solely because a trader has performed successfully.
17. SEROQ Verified Trader
A participant becomes eligible for SEROQ Verified Trader recognition after successfully completing a SEROQ Evaluation and receiving at least one successful SEROQ payout.
Verified Trader status is an internal SEROQ program achievement and does not constitute a professional licence, regulatory authorization, financial qualification or investment credential.
At launch, Verified Trader status also determines eligibility for direct future Performance Account access within SEROQ's active-account limits. The standard progression is:
| Progression | Maximum Active Performance Accounts |
|---|---|
| Verified Trader | 3 |
| $10,000 cumulative successful payouts | 4 |
| $50,000 cumulative successful payouts | 5 |
| $100,000 / Elite Club | 5 standard; higher limits may be individually approved |
Each account remains independently subject to trading rules, drawdown limits, payout conditions and account status. Copy-trading structures remain capped at five linked SEROQ accounts regardless of any individually approved higher active-account limit.
18. Payout Achievement Program
- First Payout — after the trader’s first successful SEROQ payout.
- $10,000 in Payouts — after $10,000 in cumulative successful SEROQ payouts.
- $50,000 in Payouts — after $50,000 in cumulative successful SEROQ payouts.
- $100,000 in Payouts — after $100,000 in cumulative successful SEROQ payouts.
19. SEROQ Elite Club
A trader who reaches $100,000 in cumulative successful SEROQ payouts becomes eligible for entry into the SEROQ Elite Club. Elite Club membership is an internal SEROQ recognition status and does not constitute a regulated financial qualification or professional accreditation.
20. Inactivity
A Performance Account may be closed where no trade has been opened for 30 consecutive calendar days. Closure for inactivity does not invalidate a payout that was validly approved before the account was closed.
21. No Ownership of Simulated Profits
- Simulated profits are not cash until a payout is formally approved.
- Simulated profits are not client funds.
- Simulated profits are not held on behalf of the trader.
- The trader has no withdrawal right over a displayed simulated balance.
Only an approved payout creates an obligation for SEROQ to process the applicable performance-based reward.
22. Amendments
SEROQ may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will apply in accordance with the version of the applicable program terms accepted by the trader, subject to changes required by law, licensing or operational requirements.
