1. Simulated Environment
SEROQ Capital provides simulated trading evaluations and simulated performance programs. Trading conducted through a SEROQ Evaluation Account or Performance Account uses notional simulated balances.
A displayed balance such as $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 does not mean that SEROQ has deposited, transferred or entrusted that amount of real money to the participant.
2. Simulated Profits and Losses
Profits and losses displayed within SEROQ accounts are simulated. They do not represent actual profits or losses generated by a customer-owned brokerage account. A simulated profit is not automatically money owed to a participant.
3. Performance-Based Payouts
Eligible participants may receive performance-based payouts from SEROQ under the Payout & Rewards Policy. Such payouts are funded by SEROQ and calculated by reference to qualifying simulated trading performance. A SEROQ payout is not a withdrawal of money held in the simulated account.
4. No Client Investment Funds
Participants do not deposit investment capital with SEROQ as part of the Evaluation program. Evaluation fees are fees paid for access to the relevant SEROQ digital service and are not deposited into a trading account for the participant.
5. No Brokerage Service
Unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a separately authorized service, participation in a SEROQ Evaluation or Performance Account does not constitute a brokerage relationship. SEROQ does not execute investment transactions for participants through the Evaluation program.
6. No Investment Advice
SEROQ does not provide personalized investment advice through its Evaluation program. Information concerning trading, markets, platform use or program rules is provided for program-related or informational purposes.
7. Trading Risk
Strategies that perform successfully in a simulated environment may perform differently in live-market conditions.
- Slippage
- Liquidity constraints
- Commissions and fees
- Market gaps
- Delayed execution
- Order rejection
- Price differences
- Changing market conditions
Simulated results must not be treated as a guarantee of live trading results.
8. Market Data
SEROQ accounts may use market-data feeds supplied by third parties. Displayed prices may differ from prices available elsewhere because of latency, data-feed methodology or technical factors.
9. Technical Risk
- Internet interruption
- Platform downtime
- Server outages
- Market-data errors
- Third-party infrastructure failures
- Software defects
- Connectivity issues
Participants are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and equipment.
10. No Guarantee
SEROQ does not guarantee that any participant will pass an Evaluation, receive a Performance Account, achieve simulated profits, receive a payout, maintain a SEROQ status or earn any particular amount.
11. Past Performance
Previous simulated results, payouts, certificates or SEROQ achievements are not guarantees of future performance.
12. Certificates and Status
SEROQ certificates, Verified Trader status and Elite Club status are internal SEROQ achievements. They are not financial-services licences, government-issued credentials, investment-adviser qualifications, regulatory approvals or guarantees of professional trading ability.
13. Participant Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for understanding the simulated nature of the program, applicable trading rules, payout eligibility requirements and the risks associated with trading decisions. By participating, the trader confirms that they understand the distinction between simulated trading results and actual market trading profits.
