5. Legal Basis

6. Identity and KYC Data
SEROQ may require identity verification before enabling certain account features, Performance Accounts or payouts. Verification may involve third-party KYC providers and may include identification documents, facial verification data or related information where necessary.
7. Payment Data
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. SEROQ may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and limited payment-method information. Payment providers may separately process payment information under their own privacy terms.
8. Trading and Platform Data
SEROQ may process simulated orders, trades, positions, profits and losses, drawdown information, timestamps, account-rule violations and platform identifiers to operate the Evaluation and payout system and investigate suspected abuse.
9. Service Providers
SEROQ may use third-party providers for website hosting, database hosting, authentication, transactional email, payment processing, identity verification, trading-platform infrastructure, market data, customer support, security and analytics.
Current or anticipated technology providers may include Supabase, Netlify, Resend and relevant trading/data infrastructure providers. Provider arrangements may change as SEROQ develops.
10. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, SEROQ will use measures required under applicable data-protection law.
11. Data Retention
SEROQ retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, processing payouts and satisfying legal, tax or regulatory requirements. Different data categories may have different retention periods.

SEROQ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, individuals may have rights to obtain information about processing, request access, request correction, request deletion where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and request transfer of data where applicable. Requests may be submitted to SEROQ support.

SEROQ may send marketing communications where the recipient has consented or where otherwise permitted. Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications. Essential service, security, legal and account messages may still be sent.

SEROQ services are intended only for persons aged 18 or older. SEROQ does not knowingly permit minors to participate in its trading programs.
