1. Minimum Age

SEROQ services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2. Personal Participation

A SEROQ account must belong to the person registered as the account holder. Participants must act on their own behalf.

3. Accurate Information

Participants must provide complete and accurate information. False identity information may result in account suspension, Evaluation cancellation, payout rejection or account termination.

4. Identity Verification

SEROQ may require identity verification at any stage, including account creation, Evaluation completion, Performance Account activation, payout request or security review.

5. Verification Documents

  • Passport or national identity card
  • Proof of address
  • Selfie or facial verification
  • Payment-method verification
  • Other reasonable evidence of identity or eligibility

6. One Verified Identity

A participant may not operate accounts using multiple identities or identities belonging to another person. SEROQ may allow one verified trader to operate multiple eligible SEROQ accounts where the program permits this.

7. Account Sharing

Account sharing is prohibited. Trading credentials may not be provided to another person.

8. Restricted Jurisdictions

SEROQ may restrict access from countries or territories where participation would conflict with applicable law, sanctions requirements, payment-provider restrictions, KYC-provider restrictions, trading-platform restrictions or SEROQ compliance requirements.

The final Restricted Jurisdictions list will be published before commercial launch and may be updated when required.

9. Sanctions

SEROQ may decline or terminate participation where an individual is subject to applicable sanctions or where SEROQ is legally prohibited from providing the service.

10. Fraud Prevention

  • Identity fraud
  • Payment fraud
  • Stolen payment methods
  • Manipulated KYC documents
  • Account resale
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Coordinated abuse

11. Payout Verification

A payout may be held pending completion of reasonable verification. A participant must not attempt to receive payouts through another person’s identity or payment account where prohibited by SEROQ procedures.

12. Restricted Use

SEROQ services must not be used for unlawful purposes, impersonation, sanctions circumvention, fraud, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities or misrepresentation of SEROQ services to third parties.

13. Compliance Review

Where additional verification is reasonably necessary, SEROQ may temporarily suspend account progression or payout processing. This does not permit SEROQ to arbitrarily withhold a valid payout.

Pre-launch notice: SEROQ Capital is preparing incorporation and commercial launch. Company registration details, governing-law wording and any restricted-jurisdiction list will be finalized before paid Evaluation services become available. These documents are intended for final UAE legal review before commercial launch.
